Do we need a message change?

Have any of you ever called our store and listened to the message from me?

It is the same message that has been on our phone for 5 years.  I can’t tell you how many people have commented positively about the message.  Still, I keep wondering if I should change it.  Then I  listen to it and I think, “It still says it all.”

It says how committed we are to our clients.  It says that we do appreciate the opportunity of doing business with them.  As a family-owned business, we feel constant pressure to be the best that we can be.  We surely don’t want to let any of our customers down.  After all, this business is us and we are it.  This is personal.

We have a great relationship with our vendors. If a problem arises, we can usually figure out the best solution to the problem.  And, guess what?  Most of the companies we work with are family or locally owned businesses also!

Please let me know what you think!  Call 515-225-2223 and listen to the message.  Do you think I need to do a new one or is the message still okay?  Leave a message on my voicemail–yes to change  or no to keep it!
