“My husband and I stopped at By Design last May to take a walk through the store
and try out chairs and sofas. We were surprised at the comfort of the sofas and
chairs. Laura Beeler approached us to see if we had any questions or needed
service. We liked Laura’s willingness to guide us and explain how the interior
design service works at By Design.
“After several weeks I called Laura to set up an in-home appointment. She met
with my husband and myself in our home. We described what we were looking
for to furnish our family room. Within a short time Laura contacted us to come to
the store and see what she put together.
“We were happy with the fabrics, pieces of furniture and accessories that she presented to us. We made a few changes and placed our order. Our family room furniture and accessories arrived in August. I was contacted by the delivery person who was extremely accommodating to arrange delivery. Laura arrived shortly before the delivery truck. An hour later our new family
room appeared.
“Richard and I were overwhelmed with the look and comfort of our purchases.
Without Laura’s expertise and understanding of what our intentions were, we
would not have accomplished the transformation.”
