We have been dreaming about adding on a family room for years but finally decided to pull the trigger. The plans were drawn up, but I wanted professional guidance and reassurance. We have known Laura for years- our kids went to school together, but I had never reached out on a professional level.
She has been invaluable. We discussed the floor plan and picked out couches and ottoman for the addition based on our needs and the intended purpose of the room Her big hurdle was my husband. She related the overall picture and convinced him that the layout and our choices would be perfect. Mission accomplished- furniture purchased.
As we are now a bit deeper into the planning process Laura’s knowledge and continued guidance have helped us with a color palette for paint and flooring for the project that best complements the new furniture for the addition and the remainder of the existing home.
